A BC Consulting Group was founded by Shannon Mullins, a former controller and accountant who spent years on the client side of ERP implementations before making a switch to provide a better consulting experience. Our team is composed of passionate professionals with a deep background in technology and accounting, guided by a shared commitment to delivering excellence.

As A BC Consulting grew, we found our true passion was not just in software implementation, but in supporting our clients, who put incredible trust in us. We love to dig deep into the vast intricacies of the platform to find creative solutions to any complex problem, so our clients can get the most out of this powerful service.

Today, led by the expertise provided by Shannon, we work with businesses in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and other mid-market businesses to implement, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet their needs. We’re proud to call ourselves a boutique firm: small enough that clients work directly with senior people who’ve been doing this for decades, and structured enough to deliver with the same depth as much larger organizations – without all the overhead fuss.

Our CEO
Shannon Mullins, Microsoft MVP
Shannon Mullins is the CEO and founder of A BC Consulting Group and a Microsoft MVP of Business Applications. She has over 20 years' experience across a wide variety of disciplines and products, including accounting, information technology, professional services, insurance, healthcare, mortgage lending, distribution, manufacturing, project management, and deployment and implementation of CRM and ERP systems.
Shannon has a deep understanding of the functional aspects of projects, process automation and system design, and the reporting needs and requirements for complex ERP systems. Shannon is a former controller and accountant and holds a master's degree in accountancy.
She currently resides in Nashville, TN, and is an experienced international speaker and teacher.
