About the Event
This special Dynamics 365 training course is open to both end users, IT users and Business Central partners. In this course, we will focus on the main administration aspects of managing Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
This course will cover the following topics:
- Environment Creation and Management: Learn how to create new environments, delete environments, create sandboxes as needed, environment best practices and more.
- User Creation and Management: Learn how to assign user licenses, add users to individual BC environments, manage user access and permissions, disable users and more.
- Upgrade Maintenance and Management: Learn how to access early access to BC upgrades, learn about the BC upgrade cycles and how you can prepare for each upgrade, learn how to postpone, schedule and review scheduled upgrades for your environments.
- Change Log and Audit Trails: Learn how to turn on change log, get notified upon certain events inside of Business Central and monitor performance.
- Job Queue: Overview of job queues and job queue maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting Best Practices: Learn how to troubleshoot common issues, identify tables and fields involved, and how to send better information to your Microsoft partner and/or Microsoft for assistance.
