About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will involve working closely with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Business Central solutions to meet their business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, particularly in accounting, and a passion for delivering high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with client needs.

• Provide functional expertise and support in areas such as financial management, supply chain, and operations.

• Conduct user training and create documentation to support system adoption.

• Assist in data migration, system testing, and post-implementation support.

• Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.

• Travel to client sites as needed for discovery, implementation, and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Background: Accounting knowledge or experience is highly recommended.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

  • Proficiency in configuring Business Central modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory).

• Travel: Willingness to travel within the United States as required (up to 50% travel may be expected).

• Location: Must be based in the United States.

• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification is a plus.
